MISGAV AM (Heb. מִשְׂגַּב עַם; "Stronghold of the People"), kibbutz on the Naphtali Ridge, on the Israel-Lebanese-border, affiliated with Ha-Kibbutz ha-Me'uḥad. Its establishment in 1945 by a group of Ha-No'ar ha-Oved youth 2,770 ft. (840 m.) above sea level, and accessible only by steep footpaths, was a daring undertaking.

Misgav Am is a community kibbutz located in the Upper Galilee, overlooking the spectacular views of the Hula Valley, the Golan Heights, Mount Hermon, Syria and Lebanon and is located 10 minutes from Tel Hai College.

To this day Misgav-Am is the northern most Kibbutz in Israel, just meters away from the border. The Kibbutz’s lookout point provides great panoramas of the Hulah valley, the Hermon, even the Mediterranean Sea, and especially of the Lebanese side of the border.
