A Second Focal Plane, or SFP, reticle stays the same size regardless of the power setting. The reticle on a SFP scope will subtend, or cover, a set distance at only one power setting and will cover less of the target at the highest ranges.

2018年4月2日 · The MTR-2 reticle is excellent for F-class; there are none better suited. I had one in my March-X 5-50X56 for 6 years. As I aged, it became difficult to see so I sent it back to Deon to replace it with the MTR-5.

2022年5月6日 · I had an MTR-2 reticle in my March-X 5-50X56 for 7 years. When I turned 65, I could not longer see the reticle and I did send it back to March to swap the reticle with an MTR-5. It was perfect. When I got my March-X 10-60X56 HM, I made sure it had the MTR-5 reticle, which works really well for me.

2024年1月5日 · The MTR-2 and MTR-5 are identical in design, but the MTR-5 is double the thickness of the MTR-2. The center dot is double the diameter of the MTR-2's central dot. The equivalent wide-angle reticle for the Majesta would be the MTR-W2.
