Not knowing the layout of your sheet, I would, Peform a Merge on one block of cells. Then I'd select the next block of cells.

2013年7月31日 · You know, the thing that gives me hope, is that Wrap Text in Excel 2007 was promoted from the dialog box, it used to be that there was no icon for Wrap Text. In Excel 2007 they realized a lot of people were using it, so they added it to the Home tab. The ribbon, maybe someday, as Merge & Center will be expanded to include Center Across Selection.

If you're running Office 2003 (I don't know if this works for 2007), you can set it up so that Alt+m will merge your selected cells: 1. Choose 'Tools' 2. Choose 'Customize' 3. If it is a data formating issue and you only merge cells to have column headers stretch over 3 columns for instance, you can achieve the same optical result by selecting the three cells and format the text location as "center across selection".
