2004年7月22日 · If you peform some any type of formatting, (including merging cells), then select another cell or cells, pressing F4 will apply the same formatting change to those cells. Not knowing the layout of your sheet, I would, Peform a Merge on one block of cells. Then I'd select the next block of cells.

2013年7月31日 · You know, the thing that gives me hope, is that Wrap Text in Excel 2007 was promoted from the dialog box, it used to be that there was no icon for Wrap Text. In Excel 2007 they realized a lot of people were using it, so they added it to the Home tab. The ribbon, maybe someday, as Merge & Center will be expanded to include Center Across Selection.

If you're running Office 2003 (I don't know if this works for 2007), you can set it up so that Alt+m will merge your selected cells: 1. Choose 'Tools' 2. Choose 'Customize' 3. Right click on your merge and centre icon on the toolbar at the top of your screen 4. Click 'Image and Text' 5. Close the Customize window The shortcut Alt+m should now work.

2009年2月11日 · Welcome to the board. Only way to avoid that behaviour that I know of is avoiding to use merged cells. If it is a data formating issue and you only merge cells to have column headers stretch over 3 columns for instance, you can achieve the same optical result by selecting the three cells and format the text location as "center across selection".
