Ranger Beth is a park ranger who is Boog 's former owner and adoptive mother in the movie Open Season. She is voiced by Debra Messing. Not much is known about Beth's past, other than that she is a park ranger who lives in Timberline and had rescued Boog as a cub and took him in.
