I ran the HP Printer Issue tool and it reported that the printer was not installed. But one is labeled FE80::B25A:DAFF:FE34:73D2 and the other is labeled fe80::b25a:daff:fe34:73d2. (Yes, the same alphanumerics, but one is all caps and the other is all lower case.)
