But we can produce 5 times as "fast" with the same energy. So theoretically if PCU, component costs and space is not an issue, then power efficiency modules are the best!

This CAN matter if your design is pressed for space but your mileage may vary. If you have the forethought to make at least one assembler easily accessible, you can set all but THAT assembler to co-op mode and use it as your "master" assembler. Always remember to queue up production from THAT assembler and everything will run nice and smoothly.
