History:Raised in 21 December 1720 by amalgamating one Squadron from the Riksäkedrottningens livregemente till häst and the Bohusläns dragonskvadron. Named Bohusläns kavalleri- och dragonregmente, in 1727 reorganised as Bohusläns dragonregemente. Become Infantry in 1791. Disbanded in 1992.
