2009年2月18日 · Simple example of performance difference - when my '68 had the DLI Blower installed on the 2276cc engine it was running 12's in the 1/4. Nothing to scoff at, especially for a street VW in the '90's, but by simply changing from the blower to a turbo (changing nothing else) put the car in the 10's.

2011年11月26日 · there is that car in sweden running lows 10s I think on a 1641 so it can be done,you proberly dont need the drysump set up,a normal full flow set up will work fine,the 091 bus box is stronger but the ratios arent good for a turbo car unless you use a tall tire,the late type 1 box is a better starting point

If they can do a 48-52 version they have the volume you need. Strip them and send to get hard anodized then you won't have to worry about corrosion.
