In popular culture the entrance to heaven is often depicted as a set of pearly gates, usually being carefully guarded by an angelic Saint Peter. These depictions can usually be traced back to some interpretations of different verses in the New Testament. LDS sources also offer pictures of how our arrival to heaven will look like.

That image doesn't so much come from theology but from art. I couldn't tell you exactly where it started, but it became very popular during the time leading up to the Great Renaissance.

2016年1月28日 · You would probably get a little more high end from the Pearly Gates. They're wound a touch hotter than PAF range as well, they're meant to have a sparkling top and a tight low end. Still warm like a PAF but a bit more trebly. That's why you often see it put with Strat single coils. I think you'll notice a difference. Personally, I love them.

The PG has the authentic vintage-style moderate output (7500 k ohm) that keeps the resonant frequency high enough to retain lively feel at all gain levels, so it’s not just for heavy distortion.
