MDs have 4 levels, typically with 4-5 years per level for L4 and L3. L2 is a career landing, L1 is for exceptional performance. Above L1 can be asked to join GMC.

There are 13 levels in the Technical area of the company. Some levels are further divided into two or more sub-levels (not covered in the article). Here is how the technical Hierarchy of Accenture looks like – Level 13 New Associate or Assistant. This is an entry-level position.
