Confirmation is an amazing part of a person’s faith journey, a time for exploring, discovering, learning, questioning, growing and deepening in relationship with God and God’s people. We have designed our program so that each of our children, in their own way, can claim: I am a beloved child of God. I belong to the family of God.

Tuesdays of Lent through March 26. 5:00-6:30 PM in the Holy Cross Community Room. All ages. Soup, breads, fruit, and nuts, with some chicken pieces for the little ones. Donations accepted with gratitude at the door.

Confirmation for the eighth graders will be held in the fall of the student’s ninth grade year on Reformation Sunday, at the end of October.

Soup Supper Ministry. St. Peter’s partners with other local churches to provide meals to those in need. Due to the generosity of our congregation, we are able to provide full meals, including dessert on nights that we host. We host a soup supper every month on the fourth Tuesday, and every other month on the first Thursday.

A St. Bernadette parish tradition will continue as Our Lady of Lourdes begins its Lenten Observance with a simple soup and bread meal following 6 pm Mass on Ash Wednesday, March 5. The meal will be held in Bernadette Hall immediately following Mass. Bring a crock-pot of your favorite meatless soup to share! You may drop off your soup before Mass.

Join us for our Lenten Soup Supper. All are welcome to participate in our annual devotion as we gather together as a community on Friday evenings during Lent for dinner, prayer and fellowship. Únase a nosotros para nuestra Cena de Sopa de Cuaresma.

In 2020, our Lenten series following Mass will feature Hot Soups and Hot Topics with relevant social topics for consideration and prayer as Catholic Christians witnessing to the Faith in our modern world.
