2009年5月28日 · Unbolt the a/c condesor from the intercooler, 4 bolts, then swing it up and out to the side (I hung it from a cherry picker with some wire while I was working) the lines have plenty of flex in them, no need to disconnect anything... Then just pull the intercooler up off the ledge it slides into, then pull it out. xx22 easy.

First, remove the two, lower, 10mm bolts, one on each side, that secure the intake shroud to the intercooler. Next, remove the three push pins that secure the shroud to the bottom of the intercooler. Remove the two upper 10mm bolts, one on each side. The intercooler shroud can now be dropped out the bottom.

2009年2月27日 · You definitely don't need to pull the intercooler to pull the radiator. If you're just trying to drain some out there is a drain on the drivers side of the rad on the bottom. Just lay on the ground and look up and that bottom corner, you'll see it.
