Replacing the cable would require soldering a new connector to the end of the lead (perhaps even replacing the lead with a port on the monitor itself). Any DE-15 connector (15-pin D-Sub with 3 rows of 5 pins) will work, though as long as you get the pin out right.

In addition, the one in the upper right hand corner looks severely bent and one in the second row looks slightly bent. If you're good with a soldering gun, you can replace the connector. You would have to strip back the wire and make sure you connect each wire to the proper pin.
