Come visit Peoria Public Library's East Branch, located in the former Barnes & Noble building on E. State Street. The East Branch offers a 65-seat meeting room, free Wi-Fi, quiet study rooms, special areas for children and adults, and an expanded collection of books and media, as well as a Friends of PPL Book Shop.

The majority of our databases can be used from your home computer if you have a Peoria Public Library card. Databases that require a library card number. Databases ONLY available for use at the library. Databases that can be accessed from home, but need authorization and a password.

Most of Peoria Public Library’s databases can be accessed remotely with your library card number, but some do require a specific authorization code and password. If you need a code and password, call 309-497-2000 during operating hours.
