I know this isn't really what you're looking for, but I like to turn the Section Box off in my View Template. Then I use the "Reveal Hidden Elements" to temporarily display it. You can adjust the extents of the Section Box while you're still in Show Hidden. Whether that ends up losing the arrow amongst everything hidden is a different question...

2013年5月28日 · Obvious debugging question: Have you turned section box on in view properties? Check reveal hidden to see if maybe it is hidden. Instead of duplicating, rename the default 3d view then make a new default (clicking on the 3d view icon) and checking that view.

Try the lightbulb and see if the section box pops up. btw: hoovering over an element with your mouse results in a text bottom right of your screen indicating what it is.
