2010年8月3日 · The 2012 T'reg battery should be under the driver's seat, but it may be a conventional battery or one of the AGM batteries. Need to be sure which one it is. I think the 2012 TDI uses a 520DIN regular lead acid battery, but verify the part number first. The V10s have the extra 520DIN battery in the trunk, and that one IS an AGM.

2011年12月10日 · Jump start 2004 vw touareg battery i had the same problem would drive for about 2mins and the engine to my VW2004 touareg will stop running i would turn it back on and it will start running. took it to VW was told it was fuel pump . i had that fixed and couple of weeks later the car battery won't start i had to jump start it .:::(

2018年8月6日 · The local auto shop says they need a special air bag lock out tool to change the battery in a 14 Touareg. I cant find anything on line to confirm that, and the part from snapon is for older models. so do they need a lock out, or can they move the seat and change the battery?

2021年11月1日 · Replaced the battery with a Factory VW battery and it does the same single click. Towed it to the dealer and they said the engine is locked up and quoted me $20,500 to rebuild the engine!! They said maybe the timing chain has broken, but the car idled fine the last time it ran, so I find that hard to believe.
