2023年12月26日 · I've been using my walcks diagram to trace my wiring and also trying to use the internet the best I can to find a wiring diagram for a 12v alternator setup. Should I be running a ammeter or voltmeter?

Should it be necessary to install a new light switch, refer to the wiring diagram, which indicates the correct wires to install on the several terminals. To remove the switch, loosen the set screw in the side of the switch control knob and remove the knob by unscrewing.

2018年6月28日 · Been working on this old CJ since last winter. Got it started yesterday but had some wiring issues. I have converted to 12volt. Did away with ignition key that was on it. Put in an On/Off switch and a foot starter. I had some crazy wiring and took it out last night. Made a new diagram and I think it should work. Any Ideas? Worries?

2021年7月31日 · I'm wrapping up the wiring on the '46 CJ2A project. I have the new Willys America (original 6-volt) wiring harness all installed throughout the vehicle--horn, dash, lights, gauges, etc.

I need a wiring diagram that shows how to wire all of this up. It has been worked on by several people and so lots of wires going to all different places and some that don't go anywhere. I have pretty much figured out the lights etc but need to get the ignition, solenoid and alternator all linked into the starter switch etc.

I should have mentioned that one of my airplanes has an internally regulated alternator with a separate field circuit. It’s on a homebuilt aircraft.
