Czarna [ˈt͡ʂarna] (until 30 December 1999: Czarna Górna) is a village in Bieszczady County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czarna.
