2021年12月22日 · The rail layer in Google Earth Pro has been removed. It was years old and no one was maintaining it. All the Roads and Transportation data is coming from the Google Maps server now.

You'll have to find KML or KMZ files made by third parties. A Google search for Rail Lines KML may find something you can use. There is a Rail layer in Google Earth Pro but a lot of it is pretty old.
