The download speeds are absolutely horrendous on this app. It fluctuates between 300-900 KB/s on a 400+ Mb/s connection. Every other app or download source has much more reliable download speeds (Steam gets 35 MB/s, for example).

I've messed around with the Delivery Optimization's and while the info isn't as clear I've tried every option on there and I do not see any difference in when i reopen and start redownloading a game.

So on my Xbox One S, my download speed varies from 60Mb/s to 150Mb/s, but my PC only downloads at 2Mb/s to 5Mb/s.

I did read a tip that I should download games through the Microsoft store and not the Xbox app so I tried that and my download speeds went from 1mb/s to 5mb/s.
