I'm having a couple issues with the Mail Merge process but the main one is that instead of the QR code image, the labels have the text "#VALUE!" instead of the image.

First, select the range of cells you want included in the labels Then go to the Formulas tab, in the Defined Names group, select Define Name. Make sure your named range doesn’t have any spaces (it should look like this ‘October_Labels’). Then save your excel file.
