2016年6月24日 · JOLIET – Joliet Catholic Academy paid homage to its history while starting a new tradition Thursday with a dedication ceremony for its new Heritage Quad, featuring a replica of the iconic Victory Light. The quad includes walls paying tribute to the three schools that became Joliet Catholic Academy.

2016年6月19日 · JOLIET – The Victory Light replica at Joliet Catholic Academy’s Heritage Quad spurred memories of the old one at last week’s dedication ceremony. The new Victory Light was lit Thursday by Max Ziesmer, who was the last person to turn off the original light in June 1990.

The official school font, Adobe Garamond Pro, can be used for athletic purposes, but athletics is allowed to use different stylized forms of Joliet Catholic Academy, Angels, Hilltoppers, and Hillmen. The interlocking “JC” may be used on vintage uniforms and hats, but the victory light with the halo must be present.

Joliet Catholic High School was open from 1933-1990 and many men from Joliet benefitted from its educational and sports programs. Rising above the hilltop the school was located on was the school's iconic Victory Light. This image, which was 'Shot by Bullet' (who also attended JCHS), showcases the Victory Light on a beautiful fall day.

At the center of the seal stands JCA Victory Light, which epitomizes Joliet Catholic Academy. It was built in imitation of the original St. Pat’s Church, because Catholic High on Broadway Street, where the original Victory Light still resides, stands on the site of what once was St. Patrick’s.
