Dr. Carbone is the Medical Director of the Child Development Program within the University Developmental Assessment Clinics, providing evaluations of children with suspected autism and other developmental disabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

A veteran in the restaurant industry, Mr. Carbone joined Panera Brands in August 2023 with significant financial executive experience in the restaurant, consumer goods and retail industries. Prior to Panera, Paul held CFO positions at leading brands including SharkNinja, YETI Holdings, Inc., and Dunkin’ Brands.
