Dillon, alternatively referred to as Subject D-44, is the main protagonist of Power Rangers: RPM. He is the Ranger Operator Series Black and his operation number is five. He is the boyfriend of Summer Landsdown, the best friend of Ziggy Grover, and the older brother of Tenaya.

Dillon is an amnesiac Venjix Hybrid who is first seen traveling The Wasteland. There he meets and befriends Ziggy who helps him travel to Corinth where he is arrested by Colonel Truman after learning he has Venjix Robotic Implants inside him. He is released from prison after Doctor K recruits him to become Ranger Operator Series Black.

Dillon saved Summer from a cannon shooting at her and she spoke to him privately when he was arrested for infiltrating the city and having Venjix hardware. Because of his heroics, bravery and abilities, he was asked to join the Power Rangers.

Later, Doctor K recruits Dillon, a rebellious drifter whom Venjix had experimented on, and Ziggy Grover, an inept thief whom Dillon begrudgingly befriended, as 'Series Black and Green'.
