There has been no evidence to the contrary that time moves slower or faster in Ever After. Jaune is the only exception with the time fruit he took. There are two real options I can see happening. No/little time skip. We're thrown back into Remnant right after Atlas refugees reach Vacuo and maybe find their bearings for a week or two.
