2021年3月12日 · Because of it I'm depressed again, and I think that this is what causing the dissociation to come back. I have found out that listening to music, podcasts, watching movies, or reading books helps me to get out of the dissociation. but instead of anchoring to reality, my consciousness anchors itself to what I'm listening to/watching.

Many times you will "snap" back into reality and yes, it does feel like you're jolted back into your body. I actually learned this fact in Psych 101. Literally the FIRST psychology class you have to even take if you're going to learn about Psychology or Psychiatry.
