However, I think there is a good amount of evidence that may have been accidentally thrown around to create a solid speculation about these characters. Most of the people at the Yotsuba Group knew the rules of the Death Note and would be able to tell L when and if anyone started using one up again, whether or not Misa was executed. As for Wedy, she could have easily helped out Aiber if he figured out Light=L=Kira, and she's a criminal anyway, so why not kill her off?
