2022年8月1日 · My 2015 535d has approx 120,000 and runs like a champ. I'm expecting it to go well past 200k, but that's based on hearsay and anecdotal data and doesn't help you at 140k. Both of my E30s and my E39 went well over 200k, so this diesel should do much better. Oil changes every 5k.

2018年1月24日 · My 535d warranty is about to expire in about 4500 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first, and it looks like we are going to keep the car without purchasing any extended warranties. Some options are more important then others.

2017年3月26日 · No, problems with the 535d fuel pump as with the 335d fuel pump are exceedingly rare, if one just reads these diesel boards. There are many reports of running gasoline in diesel motors with no problems after proper disposal, but its obviously not recommended and can/will harm most diesel engines.

2016年11月21日 · My 535d Xdrive is a hoot to drive and the better fuel economy compared to the 535i gasser version comes as a bonus. The USA spec 535d is the 530d in Europe. We probably will never see the European 535d (i.e., the "real" 535d ) or a 540d over here in the USA.

2014年7月19日 · In fact it has one of the biggest world economies, so why the silly games. The extra kick in the teeth is the unilateral exhaust instead of the bilateral one seen in the 535d Euro which makes the 535d USA look awkward. Note that all the higher performing cars ie 535d Euro, 535i and 550i get bilateral exhausts which is more balanced visually.

2013年11月29日 · BUT, the differential is deeper geared on the 535D. 2.66:1 vs 2.83:1. Lastly, the F10 535D has larger diameter tires than the 335D so one revolution of wheel takes you farther. Bottom line: I did all the math and 535D was supposed to have about a 15% advantage on paper from a total gearing and tire size standpoint.

2013年12月12日 · The 535d is very nice, very plush but very soft on the ride with the numb EPS. Even with the dynamic handling option, it still does not handle, track and accelerate as well as the 335d. After test driving all the competition too (Audi, Merc, Cadillac, Volvo), I was very sad to see the 335d go away...

2018年8月30日 · At only 111k miles on the 535d and only 198k miles on the X5 35d, both cars are long term keepers and won't be for sale anytime soon. The 535d was bought new in 2013 (ordered and waited for it) and the X5 35d was a CPO at 52k miles in 2014. As for their expected longevity, it's still too early to tell.
