2014年8月28日 · Case Preparation: Most 8x60/56R cases have the Roth Patent Primer system (flash hole central to anvil.)..and can be reloaded with a small diameter decapping Pin ( about 0,9mm dia.--I have one for Austrian and Bulgarian 8x50R, Dutch 6,5x53R, some Czech 7,9, and of course, Kropatschek cases..;.all with the Roth system anvil).

2009年2月3日 · Some of you may already be aware of the 8x60 and 8x64 as being simple rechambering for the 8x57. I wasn't, until I ran across it in my favorite "sitting room" book, Cartridges of the World. Seems that after WWI, German civilians were not allowed to own military cartridge rifles (i.e., 8x57); so they simply extended the chambers in their 98s.

2015年12月6日 · Try searching on 8x60, 8x60 Mauser, 8x60s bore, 8x60 magnum. I would send that information but it was lost when my old pc died. I also load 8x60s usually with 175 gr Sierra's and several powders will work. There was also a magnum bombe load which was hotter han the standard 8x60 loads, using a 186 grain bullet if I remember correctly.

2010年12月2日 · Apparently the 8x60 was very popular in Europe between the wars and was derived from the fact that the treaty of Versaille didn't allow the manufacture or use of 8x57. I will have to check the bore to see if it is .318 or .323-but from what I have read it so far it appears the "8x60 magnum" was the larger bore and could handle hotter loads.

2024年6月21日 · I never saw ammo like this and yet there is some info on the web. I saw more on the 8x60 rimless but this rimmed version is out there as well. The rim is serrated like coins, only deeper and sharper. The bullet is odd with a driving band midway on the exposed part of the bullet. I found a catalog online which I think is referring to the bullet.
