74UB was nerfed quite a bit but it's still really good if you like having a short gun. It's not like anything has a lot of recoil this wipe when modded anyway. Honestly all the 650 RPM AKs feel the exact same now. Ak-12 is probably the best 5.45 gun though. The extra 50 RPM are HUGE and it got buffed and has really good hidden stats now.

However, even If you want to assume they are directly comparable gun to gun, the ergo difference of 3 is negligible. The vertical recoil difference of 8 is also negligible as well. Both guns shoot like laser beams with the new recoil system. You can also just use a barter at prapor to get a fully kitted ak-12 for 2 roosters...which is 120k or less.

Seems pretty comparable in price and stats. I only ask because you are also level 40+, and I have seen more than a few running around with that gun.
