2019年10月28日 · Wikipedia says a Surface Pro 3 has a display of 2160 x 1440 and you said the BenQ has 2560 x 1440, neither is very high these days, so not being able to use the graphics processor probably won't slow down Lightroom Classic very much, if at all. Lightroom Classic will simply perform the same calculations on the CPU instead of on the unsupported GPU.

2019年3月24日 · The black screen issue also happens to me. Latest available Lightroom Classic as of now running on a Windows 10 machine (Intel Core i7-5820K, 16 GB RAM @ 2400 MHz, Radeon HD6770 running latest CCC). Restarting Lightroom fixes the issue, but it usually appears again shortly after that.
