Each one of our hand-built 40 rooms is unique, combining distinction and authenticity. Earth buildings blend naturally into the landscape. 2023年10月29日 · The renowned Saharan oasis of Siwa is the setting of Adrère Amellal, an exceptional desert eco-lodge inspired by the ancient Berber culture and characterized by several eco-friendly features.

The Adrere Amellal eco-lodge comprises 40 unique hand-built rooms situated at the foot of the White Mountain in Siwa Oasis, Egypt. The furniture is also the handicrafts of the local artisans.

Asked to name the hotel’s architect, he would only say it was designed by “the spirits that guard the mountain”. In order to minimise its impact on the environment, Adrère Amellal has no electricity and relies on water from one of the 200 springs in the oasis.
