In creation of TCWAC+, we organized around the watershed and airshed in recognition of how our actions are interconnected by geological features, not political lines. How we treat the air and water affects everyone downwind and downstream.

The overall goal of the Targeted Airshed Grant Program is to reduce air pollution in the nation's nonattainment areas with the highest levels of ozone and PM2.5 ambient air concentrations listed in the three tables directly below.
