2022年10月26日 · Since I’ve started at the building I have watched 3 people get promoted from T3-L4. They all started as T1 (I am not 100% sure that this is the only building they have worked in, but the promotion path took place all at this building.) We also had one T3 who was promoted to a Seasonal L4 (hourly). They were concerned to salary L4 after 1 year.

I know two SFA's at Amazon that joined back in 2020 and received packages which were $135k base + 30k bonus + $70k RSUs that vest over years 3 and 4. However, Amazon restructured their salary bands since then, so not sure if those are still relevant.

Out of$250, the driver is paid a base salary of 150-170 to cover the route and the dsp had to pay for payroll services, employer taxes at 15% on your pay, the pay for worker comp, unemployment insurance, company liability and cargo insurance, maintenance on the vehicles, dispatch and management staff, phones, uniforms, heath insurance and so so ...

Amazon offers everything as total comp. So internal/external all fall within same pay band but how it’s broken down between salary and stock can vary. Externals normally have higher salaries but internals will get more rsu’s to balance out based on your rating from olr. L4 am base is 60-70 range with total comp 65-80.

Amazon 4-year RSU vesting schedule 5%, 15%, 40%, 40%; Google 33%, 33%, 22%, 12%; all other companies 25% each year and/or 6.25% each quarter after Y1. Note that Many of those who get big sign-on bonuses won't get performance bonus during Y1 and/or Y2, especially at Amazon and Google.

2022年5月28日 · It varies by site type, actual site, and part of the country. It also varies by department. T1's tend to forget that there's anything outside of operations. HR, Learning, Loss Prevention, Procurement, Finance, IT, TOM Team, and Safety all have L4 positions. Some L4s are hourly, others are salary. There's also total compensation versus salary.

My fiancé is looking to apply for a job at Amazon and this is what he sees in the description re: pay— “Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $219,700/year in our highest geographic market.”

Salary is annualized, with $62,500 being the standard for most L4 AMs across all COL. Salary skews low in LCOL states, however you may see rare high salaries on occasion in LCOL states if it is a very hard position to fill in the middle of nowhere and the candidate is well qualified, based on some anecdotes. (i.e. $65,000 base in Ohio)
