Strange Chunk of Amber is a miscellaneous item with no known usage. It may be a reference to the artefact of legend, the Blood of Lathander. This chunk of amber has three drops of blood suspended in it. Picking this up after the quest Find the Blood of Lathander has been started triggers DC 14 Religion check.

I found the amber with Lathander's blood inside, read the book which said a Sharran flail can break it up, even heard him make a comment about how delicious Lathander's blood would be... but haven't figured out how to to do it.

2023年8月21日 · After destroying all the Energy Sources (not the one in the Mace platform) and disabling all the traps I use Shadowheart to pick up the mace. She has in her inventory the Dawnmaster’s Crest and the Strange Chunk of Amber. Finally, she inserts the Dawnmaster’s Crest in the Blood of Lathander slot and pick up the Mace.

Lord Amber's Bodyguard is a half-elven monk who accompanies his master to the ceremony of ordaining Enver Gortash as an Archduke of Baldur's Gate in Act Three. Hells' hallows - the ceremony's gone on for days, seems like. Lord Amber's Bodyguard can be found at the mess hall, at the first floor of the Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

Lord Petric Amber is a Lord of Baldur's Gate, present at the ceremony of Enver Gortash's ordaining as an Archduke of the city. Before the ceremony he sits among other patriars on the pews in central nave of the Audience Hall.
