Baljeet and Buford seem to be friends, even though Buford bullies him. As seen in the episode "Lotsa Latkes" Buford and Baljeet are neither enemies or friends but "frenemies", in fact, Buford and Baljeet care about each other but at the same time dislike each other.

Back at Baljeet's house, Phineas is trying to explain to Baljeet that rock and roll isn't about books and studying, it's about expressing his feeling through music. He asks Baljeet what he does when he's angry and sad, but it turns out he just always does math and the feelings "come and go."

He's a very stereotypical Indian-American character, but not necessarily an overly malicious caricature. Just like Apu. Stereotypical accent, with some stereotypical traits, but overall a decent role model and all around good guy.

Baljeet, or "Dr. Baljeet", as he prefers it, is the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Baljeet and a member of The Resistance trying to stop the rule of Heinz Doofenshmirtz. Baljeet plays a somewhat minor role in the film.
