Start by sliding the handle into the body until it clicks. Fill your clean water tank with the desired amount of water.

If desired, spray any BISSELL stain pretreat formula on soiled areas and allow to sit for a few minutes. Release the hose by rotating the secure latch. Rotate the quick release cord wrap to remove the cord and plug into an outlet.

Open the lid on top of the tank and fill the clean water tank to the Clean-Out line, indicated by the Clean-Out symbol, using warm tap water (140°F, 60°C MAX) or a mixture of BISSELL® formula and water. Cleaning solution remaining from your cleaning session can also be used to run your Clean-Out cycle.
