The on/off switch is gone, the additional options are gone, the Bluetooth drivers are missing from Device Manager, troubleshooting detects no Bluetooth, I tried restarting Bluetooth support in services, and all of that for no luck.

On the Connect button on Notifications no Bluetooth devices are listed, even when the mouse (or other devices) is discoverable.

Tried all kinds of solutions but nothing seems to be working. Updating drivers, SFC scans and etc. My laptop has been randomly crashing too.

Open Bluetooth setting, tick Discovery: Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC. Click "More settings" if you don't see that option.
