2023年10月5日 · This one happened on Aug 20 1996. Do a search for Train Derailment Smithfield Wva. It mentioned this unit and 3 others. CSX 23 was the leader on Q317-19 and it collided head on with Q316-17. Could not find any photo's of the derailment/collision. Ben
