Cadet Master Sergeant represents that a cadet has developed extensive experience by having served at least 1 year in Civil Air Patrol as has advanced into the senior Cadet NCO corps. At this level, cadets are taking on the role of an experienced mentor in the program and has progressed to become a manager of subordinate cadet NCOs.
