2020年7月2日 · I just got done asking the same questions and got these answers from xbox support staff. Also you can while playing on PC interact/play with PC players (also confirmed from xbox support staff). I'll be getting gamepass ultimate so I can continue playing Fo76 on either PC or Xbox with all my progress tracking between them both. Hope this helps!

If you delete and reinstall the application, you're able to get the account back by using your PSN/Xbox/Steam/Beth credentials. The issue is that you can't switch platform types (your account is linked to your PSN, so you can't move it to xbox or Steam).
