2024年11月11日 · Thank you so much for your response, it truly helped me a lot in not feeling like I was being ridiculous or crazy for wanting to go for a hysterectomy. I did talk with my doc, and he did still want to do the LEEP first to ensure it was just CIN3 and that it was contained and hadn’t spread anywhere.

2011年3月13日 · I was diagnosed with cin3 in march last year and i then had a leep under general anaesthetic. I was told that 95 per cent of people with cin3 do not go on to have cervical cancer diagnosed after leep. I was one of the unlucky 5 per cent and after further investigations (ct and mri scans) I was diagnosed with 1b1 cervical cancer.

2012年7月24日 · I also had 2 prior LEEPs and a CKC in June with positive margins. I have been battling CIN3 for years and ultimately made the personal decision to have a hysterectomy. GLAD I did as they found AIS deep within my cervical canal that had not been detected during any prior pap smears/ECCs, biopsies or even my CKC. Who knows how long it had been there.
