2013年5月6日 · It may, I just don't clear stuck jobs that way myself. To delete jobs from printer queue go into Start Menu > Control Panel > Printers (or Devices and Printers) > find the printer with the problem in the displayed list, double click on it > It should display the list of jobs printing. You should see one with "Error" in the Status column.

Right-click the printer icon in the Windows taskbar. Open the printer. You'll see the print queue. Right-click a document and select Cancel from the context menu. Repeat as needed. Close the print queue window when done.---

I'm aware of the methods to clear the queue, even with a .bat file that stops the spooler, clear the queue and then restart the spooler. The question is that if this can be done automatically by the system everytime a printer queue is blocked.
