Don Papa Rum - The Whisky Exchange
Don Papa Rum. Founded by Stephen Carroll in 2012 on Negros Island, Philippines. The sugarcane is harvested by hand through October to May and transported to a sugar mill that dates to the 1920s. The sugar cane is then crushed, and a rich sweet molasses is transported to Bago Distillery where it is then fermented and distilled on a column still.
