Allele-Specific Suppression of a Defective Brassinosteroid Receptor ...
2007年6月22日 · Here, we show that mutations in the Arabidopsis EBS1 gene suppressed the growth defects of a brassinosteroid (BR) receptor mutant, bri1-9, in an allele-specific manner by restoring its BR sensitivity. Using a map-based cloning strategy, we discovered that EBS1 encodes the Arabidopsis homolog of UGGT.
EBS1 - Wikipedia
EBS 1TV is a South Korean free-to-air television channel operated by Educational Broadcasting System. The channel was launched on 4 February 1981, and became independent from KBS on 27 December 1990. The opening of an educational television station was announced on 7 February 1980. [1]
Ebs1p, a Negative Regulator of Gene Expression ... - Eukaryotic Cell
Evidence from studies of loss of function and overexpression of EBS1 suggests that Ebs1p affects gene expression by inhibiting translation and that a loss of EBS1 function causes suppression by increasing the rate of translation.
An S-ribonuclease binding protein EBS1 and brassinolide ... - PubMed
2021年2月24日 · The gene Exclusively Bicarbonate Sensitive 1 (EBS1) encoding an S-ribonuclease binding protein, was identified to be specifically involved in plant tolerance to NaHCO3, but not to the other two alkaline salts, acetate and phosphate. We also identified the genes that are commonly regulated by bicarbonate, acetate and phosphate.
S-ribonuclease binding protein EBS1 and brassinolide signaling …
2020年11月9日 · EBS1 encodes a putative SBP (S-ribonuclease binding protein) family protein with ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. Ubiquitination mediates the abundance of many key regulators with a fine-tuned protein degradation mechanism, which plays an important role in plant stress responses ( Moon et al. , 2004 ; Vierstra, 2009 ; Lee and Kim, 2011 ).
新观点!盐碱地对植物的主效胁迫既非盐也非碱,而是碳酸氢根离 …
近日,浙江农林大学 柳参奎 教授团队在 Journal of Experimental Botany 发表了题为 An S-ribonuclease binding protein EBS1 and brassinolide signaling are specifically required for Arabidopsis tolerance to bicarbonate
EBS1 | SGD - Saccharomyces Genome Database
Protein involved in translation inhibition and nonsense-mediated decay; interacts with cap binding protein Cdc33p and with Nam7p; localizes to P-bodies upon glucose starvation; mRNA abundance regulated by mRNA decay factors; EBS1 has a paralog, EST1, that arose from the whole genome duplication 1 2 3 4
Saccharomyces cerevisiae - Oxford Academic
2007年11月4日 · Ebs1p physically interacts with the NMD helicase Upf1p and overexpressed Ebs1p leads to recruitment of Upf1p into cytoplasmic P-bodies. Furthermore, Ebs1p localizes to P-bodies upon glucose starvation along with Upf1p.
Ebs1p, a negative regulator of gene expression controlled by the …
Mutations in EBS1 were identified in Saccharomyces cerevisiae that cosuppress missense, frameshift, and nonsense mutations. Evidence from studies of loss of function and overexpression of EBS1 suggests that Ebs1p affects gene expression by inhibiting translation and that a loss of EBS1 function caus …
Functional Analysis of the Single Est1/Ebs1 Homologue in
2012年6月28日 · Est1 and Ebs1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae are paralogous proteins that arose through whole-genome duplication and that serve distinct functions in telomere maintenance and translational regulation. Here we present our functional analysis of the sole Est1/Ebs1 homologue in the related budding yeast Kluyveromyces lactis (named KlEst1).
