2019年4月8日 · My wife drew a ewe permit in that unit in 2006 and was sad to see it have a die off. It's a nice area and had a good herd at the time. Several other units had big die offs at the same time that year. Bonner, East Fork, Upper Rock creek, and one other if I recall correctly.

2015年11月29日 · I see @greerkr drew ewe tag. I certainly think that is a doable in a few days with help or even solo. I picked up a ewe tag off the leftover list last year with 2 days left in the season . I was able to get it done by myself in a unit much further from Denver and much harder to access then S32 in about 29 hours purchase to tag punch. Sandbrew

2019年5月5日 · Shot a ram, ewe, and lamb on 1/22/23. I took care of all the meat immediately and had it on ice within 1-2 hours. There's definitely a difference in meat quality the lamb is great the ewe is fine but I can tell it's not the deer or elk in my freezer the ram is stronger but not terrible but really tough.

2019年4月25日 · At first, I was thinking the ewes would be way smaller than 18" but targeting a grown ewe will probably result in a bigger animal than trying for a small ram. I should have paid more attention to the ewes in January, but the ewe hunt wasn't on my radar then, I was just watching the rams.
