Hello there, I'm experiencing a problem on my new laptop that when I press f11 on google, the fullscreen shortcut won't work and instead, it uses page up (pgup). I can't find anywhere on the settings

IT switched us over to the new MS teams yesterday, and in MS Teams classic, F11 still worked (i e yesterday morning) and then after the switch, F11 no longer works. It is really sad since this is a feature that was used at every meeting, standard practice. I hope they bring this back.

2022年7月6日 · Lynn-MSFT is misinformed about the ability to either enable or disable the F11 fullscreen key. Mine is somehow disabled and I want it to work again. I DO NOT have an Fn key, so any remedy suggesting its use is ignorant, at best. Running a system file scan would not fix or find the issue, so suggesting that is moronic.

2022年7月5日 · Recently my f11 key has been opening the windows 10 file explorer, instead of making my internet browser full screen. This is obviously frustrating whenever I try to have a full-screened browser. I ran a key testing application, and found that the key enumeration for my f11 key was 182, which is the LaunchApplication1 key code.

Okay, when I press FN and f11, it turns down the volume. When I press just f11, the screen goes in full screen. Well, what I'm wanting to do is JUST press f11 to turn down the volume - instead of using FN. And press FN and f11 to make the screen go in full screen. Basically, how do I change the FN key around a bit?

2024年10月15日 · Let's try to access this through the settings menu instead of the F11 key. Look for the option to switch to fullscreen mode in the options menu of the game itself. Check to see if the computer will still restart automatically when this is switched. I sincerely hope that the above solution will solve your problem.

2024年5月3日 · Typically, pressing them normally will adjust brightness, but now it does nothing. I turned on function lock and F11 does fullscreen now. I recently downloaded Outbyte Driver Updater and got all of the new updated drivers. I then got the correct drivers for a Dell Inspiron. I have no way to change my brightness.

2019年6月25日 · Did you try F11 along with FN key on the keyboard? Was there a major change or an update on your system, prior to which you weren't facing this issue? Are you trying to use F11 for full screen function or any other function? However, we would suggest you to perform these steps. Uninstall and Reinstall the drivers.
