Keep your account number secret so only you can use it. Then if you get a charge for a shipment you didn't create Then you know it's fraud and can work with the fraud dept to get it removed.

You have to go to FedEx.com, create an account, then create a shipping account. You have to take that number and send it to FedEx for them to apply the discount. Ground has a HR portal that lets you apply the discount to your account, but you’ll need a FedEx login. I’m not sure if you can do it as a package handler
