After following many guides and trying various g hub audio profiles, I thought I had fixed the issue. This was until I got myself a pair of high-grade IEMS which immediately made me hate the sound again.

2022年11月2日 · Hi there! Recently got my G733 and honestly the default EQ is horrendous lmao and its not easy to customize either, however, I think I almost got my preffered EQ with this settings. Can try it out and custom as you like. I prioritize on Bass and clarity (Bass esp cause it definitely lacks a lot of it).

2021年2月2日 · The audio quality of G733 is very good, as you mentioned the volume is not increased as expected, I suggest you to follow the below troubleshooting steps. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged. Confirm the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard.

2021年11月28日 · I recently got the G733 and upon configuring the settings through the G Hub software, the volume wheel suddenly doesn't work. I was able to adjust the PC's sound volume by using the volume wheel of the headset.

2021年3月21日 · Hi Logitech, I'm experiencing the same issue with the K/DA G733's that I received yesterday and have been experiencing the same cutting-out issue since I unboxed them. I tried all these steps above but do consistently drop audio for about 1-3 seconds at a time. I've also tried changing USB ports for the dongle multiple times.

2021年5月30日 · When I turn on the G733 the battery level in G Hub stuck while still indicate that it is charging. It seems to not chargeable while turning on. And does it have an idle detection like Logitech mouse and keyboard which automatically turn off after idle a while to save battery ?

2021年1月28日 · G733 I was unable to find a fix, I returned it and got the Logitech G PRO X wireless. You still have to mess with the crappy software to get the mic sounding good and you sometimes have to pause or roll back windows updates because they will break the mic usage between discord, games, and other audio software.

2021年7月12日 · My G733 has recently stopped working. The Windows settings say that the input and output works but I cant hear anything over the speakers. I have tried to restart my computer, update Ghub and instal the latest drivers and it still doesn't work.
