Government e-Marketplace (GeM) is the National Public Procurement Portal; an end-to-end online Marketplace for Central and State Government Ministries / Departments, Central & State Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous institutions and Local bodies, for procurement of common use goods & services.

Buyer has been allowed to publish this corrigendum for upfront information of prospective sellers so that bidder can respond to bid with matching catalog and conditions of bid (if modulated due to publication of the corrigendum on the GeM portal).

As a GeM registered buyer, user can create “Auction” to sell off goods/materials/immovable assets within GeM portal using Forward Auction application and can reach out pan India bidders at a larger scale.

The Services contracts placed through GeM shall be governed by following set of Terms and Conditions: General terms and conditions; Service Specific STC of the Services contracts shall include the service level agreement (SLA) for the service; BID / Reverse Auction specific ATC.

PREAMBLE: Comprehensive AMC contracts placed through GeM shall be governed by following set of Terms and Conditions: General terms and conditions for Goods and Services; Service Specific STC of AMC Services – as defined in Service Catalogue which includes SLA for the Service or Service for a product;

Service provider will submit the invoice & upload the supporting documents such as attendance sheet, logbook etc. on GeM portal; Buyer will review the documents provided by service provider & may either accept or reject based on actual performance.
